- How does the free trial work?
- The yearly plan starts with 7 days free. You’re charged $59.99 when they end, unless you cancel before. The monthly plan has no trial.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account on this website, under Plan and billing. It takes two taps, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Can I get my money back?
- Yes. Ask within 14 days of a payment and you get it back in full. Use the chat, bottom right.
- Why can’t I pay in the app?
- You pay here on the website, once, and your plan follows your account to the app on any device. Sign in with the same email and it unlocks.
- Who handles the payment?
- Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They take the card, charge any sales tax and send your receipts. We never see your card.
