The promise
If JabMate isn’t for you, ask within 14 days of a payment and you get that payment back in full. No form to fill in, no questions you have to answer.
How to ask
- Open the chat, bottom right on any page of this website, or the chat in the app’s settings.
- Tell us the email address you paid with.
- We send the refund through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. It lands on the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
The free trial
The yearly plan starts with 7 days free. Cancel before they’re up and you’re never charged, so there’s nothing to refund. If you forget, the 14-day promise still covers the $59.99 payment.
After a refund
We cancel the subscription along with the refund, so you won’t be charged again, and your account goes back to the free version. Your account, plan and training history stay, unless you delete them.
Cancelling without a refund
Cancel from your account at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
