Every program, at your level
Your level sets the length of the rounds and how hard the combinations get. The quiz sets it, and you can change it in the app at any time.
New to boxing, or back after a long break
3 rounds of 2 minutes, with a minute’s rest. About 8 minutes of boxing, plus a warm-up and a cool-down.
You’ve trained before and know your one-two
3 rounds of 3 minutes, with a minute’s rest. About 11 minutes of boxing, plus a warm-up and a cool-down.
You train often and want to be pushed
4 rounds of 3 minutes, with a minute’s rest. About 15 minutes of boxing, plus a warm-up and a cool-down.
